CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your order because you entered the wrong address information you must email us INMEDIATELY at [email protected] SUBJECT: CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

This can only be done if your order is still processing or unfulfilled. If your order is fulfilled quickly which can happen, we are not able to make modifications to your order after the order is marked as fulfilled.

REFUND POLICY

  • You must contact us via email at [email protected] prior to sending your return.
  • Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied, as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.
  • All item/s must be in their original and respective packaging.

*Note: JC ALLURE LLC is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. JC ALLURE LLC is not responsible for lost or un trackable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

  • Once the item/s for return are received and reviewed, we will promptly issue the refund minus any shipping expense.

Lost/misplaced packages: 

Packages with correct information and/or properly processed by customs but not delivered by USPS Priority Mail and/or its international partners, will be returned to our service center. 
Once package has been received and processed, will be partially reimburse to customer the price of the product minus shipping charge. 
Please note that these packages enter under investigation; if it is verified that the client was negligent in acting as requested as described in the shipping policies, the reimbursement cannot be processed. 
During vacations and/or holidays, this time may vary.
